Waiver Policy

JTPST may provide full or partial waivers of Article Processing Charges (APCs) based on the World Bank country classification and the author's financial circumstances.

A 100% waiver may be considered in exceptional cases where authors have no research funding and are unable to pay the APC.

Waiver requests are assessed case-by-case and do not influence the peer-review or editorial decision. Authors should request a waiver before submitting their manuscript by contacting the JTPST Editorial Office at editor.jtpst@gmail.com.
